I've always wanted a brighter pink lipstick, but nothing too scary and costume-y. And I've always loved the formula of MAC's lipsticks. As many youtube gurus and beauty fanatics know that MAC has a HUGE variety of shades. So before work today I stopped by the MAC counter and swatched a few lipsticks I have previously looked at online and to my surprise, I wasn't a fan of any of them. The sales associate then showed me this one, called Snob. It is a satin finish, which means it has that somewhat glossy finish, it's got the same coverage of the matte finish but has a more hydrating and satin look to it which is just what I needed (since i have dark lips I get no color pay off from more sheer lipsticks). I love this shade,it's coverage and I'm glad I took his advice :)
and for those who don't know, MAC lipsticks run around $14.50.
this is a shade i always reach for when I'm walking past mac (even tho I already own it!) and then I pick it up and realise its snob. I really love it and it always catches my eye :-)
