As summer is approaching, you know what that means ladies (and maybe gents), hot weather! If you have oily skin like me, you're dreading the hot weather making your fake look like a frying pan. and the ladies with dry skin, don't worry this post is for you too! I've collected a few tinted moisturizers over the past few weeks and i'll be sharing them with you! I personally think they can work with all skin types. if you have oily skin - a light dusk of powder will mattify you. If you have dry skin, you can get the luminous glow you've always dreamed of.
1. L'oreal True Match Foundation
I know this isn't a tinted moisturizer, but for the summer time it is very lightweight but gives a good coverage if you're having a few breakouts etc. This foundation is easily blended with a stippling brush or even your fingers! The best part is it comes in an array of colors, and l'oreal has designed them each to go with specific undertones - cool,neutral, and warm.
2.Garnier Skin Renew BB Cream.
One of the newest of the bunch, this product has had some major hype over it considering it's the first BB cream to hit the drugstore shelves. A BB cream stands for "beauty balm" or "blemish balm". Most BB creams claim to have an all in one primer,concealer, foundation, etc. It evens skintone, moisturizes, and gives you a flawless glow. This BB cream in particular comes in two different shades. light/medium and medium/dark. I think it's great for the summer, because you can just throw it on and not worry about a whole routine.
3. Neutrogena Healthy Skin Glow Sheers.
This tinted moisturizer has SPF 30, and it also has antioxidant blends and it claims to also clear skin while you're using it. I don't know about that, but i do know that this is a great tinted moisturizer. it gives enough coverage and moisture but does not make your skin too oily.
4. Sonia Kashuk Radiant Tinted Moisturizer.
The most sheer of them all, but one of my all time favorites. It does get a little oily towards the end of the day, but all you need is a good powder (maybelline dream matte powder is great.) and you'll be good! it gives you a luminous glow without looking like a greaseball.
